Terms and Conditions for Online Payment with 5% Additional Fee and No Refund (Store Credit Only)

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of online payment services provided by Bonaire Automation BV (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our online payment services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any online payments.

2. Online Payment

2.1 Payment Process

When making an online payment on our website, you will be required to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information. You must ensure that you have sufficient funds or credit available to complete the payment.

2.2 Additional Fee

For all online payments, a 5% additional fee will be applied to the total transaction amount. This fee is non-negotiable and will be clearly displayed before you confirm your payment.

3. Refunds and Store Credit

3.1 No Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds for online payments. All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only. Store credit can be used towards future purchases in our store. Not on the website. Refunds are not issues if you ordered the wrong product. It is your responsibility to check before purchasing. If you need any assistance with selecting the right product for your please contact us.

3.2 Store Credit Usage

Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or used for any purpose other than making purchases on our website. Store credit is non-transferable and non-refundable. Store Credit will expire if not used within 1 year from being issued.

4. Payment Disputes

4.1 Dispute Resolution

If you have any issues or concerns regarding an online payment, please contact our customer support team within 7 days from the date of the transaction. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.

4.2 Chargebacks

In the event of a chargeback initiated by you with your financial institution, we reserve the right to suspend your account and prohibit you from making future online payments until the dispute is resolved. We may also pursue legal action to recover any outstanding balances.

5. Security and Privacy

5.1 Security Measures

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your payment information. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmission over the internet or any electronic storage system.

5.2 Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We will handle your personal information in accordance with local Privacy Law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. By continuing to use our online payment services, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bonaire Caribbean Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bonaire.
